Write up kotlin gradle-mill comparison article

We already have the arrow-kt build that @0xnm ported over from Gradle to Mill as an example, just need to run the same kind of benchmarks and comparisons as we did for maven/netty gradle/mockito and sbt/gatling and write it up nicely
