jgrapht now (jgrapht/jgrapht@63e8f72) includes bindings to the Webgraph lib/tools. Should try the jgrapht Python bindings (based on GraalVM) to explore and analyze the webgraphs, as soon as the next version is released which includes the Webgraph bindings.

Superseded by commoncrawl/cc-webgraph#16.

Also: jgrapht Python bindings weren't updated since Nov 2020 and still do not include the Webgraph bindings.
