+ 1. Services

+ ABC Launch
+
+
+ The ABC Launch is an online platform that allows users to create, manage, and interact with augmented bonding curves. An Augmented Bonding Curve is a mathematical model implemented through a smart contract on a blockchain, which automates the pricing and exchange of digital tokens.
+ Through the ABC Launch, users can:
+
+ a) Create their own Augmented Bonding Curves with customizable parameters
+ b) Create a new DAO with an Augmented Bonding Curve
+ c) Create a DAO vote to attach an Augmented Bonding Curve to an existing DAO

+ While the ABC Launch offers the tools to facilitate these activities, it is your responsibility to understand the associated risks and implications of creating or participating in an Augmented Bonding Curve.

+ The ABC Swap is designed to facilitate the swapping of tokens launched and governed by Augmented Bonding Curves ("ABC Tokens"). The primary functions and offerings of ABC Swap include but are not limited to:

+ a) Swapping ABC Tokens: Users can swap an ABC Token against the reserve currency of that ABC or other tokens.
+ b) Wallet integration: ABC Swap supports direct integration with blockchain wallets, allowing users to manage and execute transactions seamlessly.

+ By using ABC Swap, you acknowledge that the platform is specifically tailored for the exchange of ABC Tokens. While ABC Swap aims to offer a secure and efficient environment for swapping ABC Tokens, it remains your responsibility to comprehend the risks and responsibilities associated with swapping these tokens.

+ 2. Use of Services
+
+ To access our Services, you must use non-custodial wallet software (“wallet”), which allows you to interact with public blockchains. Your relationship with that non-custodial wallet provider is governed by the applicable terms of service (with respect to these Terms of Service and with respect to a third party wallet and the applicable terms of service of such third party). We do not have custody or control over the contents of your wallet and have no ability to retrieve or transfer its contents. By connecting your wallet to our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service incorporated herein by reference.

+ You understand that anyone can create fake versions of existing tokens and tokens that falsely claim to represent projects, and acknowledge and accept the risk that you may mistakenly swap those or other tokens.

+ You understand that smart contract transactions automatically execute and settle, and that blockchain-based transactions are irreversible when confirmed.

+ You acknowledge and accept that the cost and speed of transacting with cryptographic and blockchain-based systems such as Ethereum are variable and may increase dramatically at any time.
+

+ You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any of these variables or risks, do not own or control the protocol, and cannot be held liable for any resulting losses that you experience while accessing or using the Services.

+ You understand and agree to assume full responsibility for all of the risks of accessing and using the Services.

+ You understand that we do not own or control any of the underlying software through which blockchain networks are formed. In general, the software underlying blockchain networks, including the Ethereum blockchain, is open source, such that anyone can use, copy, modify, and distribute it.

+ We are not responsible for the operation of the blockchain-based software and networks underlying the Services;

+ that there exists no guarantee of the functionality, security, or availability of that software and networks, and

Losing control of your private key(s) will permanently and irreversibly deny you access to digital assets on the Ethereum blockchain or other blockchain based network. If your private key(s) are lost, then you will not be able to transfer your digital assets to any other blockchain address or wallet. If this occurs, then you will not be able to realize any value or utility from the digital assets that you may hold.

+ You acknowledge that the cost of transacting on the Ethereum blockchain is variable and may increase at any time causing impact to any activities taking place on the Ethereum blockchain, which may result in price fluctuations or increased costs when using the Services.

+ You use the Services at your own risk. You acknowledge that the Services is subject to flaws and that you are solely responsible for evaluating any code provided in the ABC Launchpad interface.

+ You hereby acknowledge and agree that we will have no responsibility or liability for the risks set forth in this Section or inherent to the use of the Services.

+ You hereby irrevocably waive, release, and discharge all claims, whether known or unknown to you, against us and our shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, suppliers, and contractors related to any of the risks set forth in this Section or inherent to the use of the Services.

+ You understand and acknowledge that before you use the Services, you should be familiar with any rules or laws relevant to the services provided.

+ You understand that our Services, specifically the ABC Swap, facilitate peer-to-peer transactions, over which we have no means of administrative or other control.

+ You understand that we have no ability to recover lost credentials or restore lost access to the wallet you use to access our Services.

+ 6. Third Party Tokens

+ The Services interface allows the exchange of utility tokens issued by external Projects in exchange for specified cryptocurrencies or tokens ("Token Sale").

+ The information and contents of each Project and the nature and utility of tokens listed are the sole responsibility of the promoters of the Project, except when mentioned otherwise in the Project description.

+
+ You acknowledge that we have no responsibility whatsoever regarding the contents, representations and risks associated with the purchase or bid of any token or digital asset associated with each Project, or participating in any token sale or distribution using the Services interface. You explicitly understand that we have not conducted any prior legal or technical, security or other assessment on the nature of the tokens listed through the Services interface. We do not make any representations or warranties regarding any information, veracity, viability or any other claims regarding the tokens listed in the Services. We are not registered in any country’s regulatory body for the issuance of any tokens.

+ Each token sale or distribution process, including token allocation, pricing, and timing, will be determined exclusively by the promoters of each Project.

+ Participating in any Token Sale or distribution of tokens does not guarantee the acquisition or allocation of any tokens. Allocation decisions will be subject to the rules and processes defined by each Project and its promoters.

+ You agree and understand that: (a) all swaps you submit through the Services are considered unsolicited, which means that they are solely initiated by you; (b) you have not received any investment advice from us in connection with any swaps.

You should determine whether a Project is appropriate in light of your experience in similar transactions, financial resources and other relevant circumstances. Before using the Services, you should obtain details of all commissions, fees and other charges.
