MPA Portable 1.4.0

MPA Portable version 1.4.0 has been released with the following new features:

• Added command line interface to MPA (see MetaProteomeAnalyzerCLI for details)
• Various bugfixes regarding the FASTA indexing and two-step searching workflow
• X!Tandem was updated to the latest version ALANINE (2017.02.01)
