Fix grandpa e2e tests

The grandpa e2e tests have started to fail.

I suspect removing the non-hex encoded event attributes in #6023 has something to do with this. Assuming that this test users hyperspace relayer its possible that they do not use the hex encoded event attributes.

ah yes, we use yet another relayer here. I'll see if this is an easy lift to fix in hyperspace.

Fixed by disabling them 😓 We will go with #6835 instead.
