The PACKAGES.in file has a Replaced_by field for some packages that we are currently not reporting on, e.g.
Package: regfilter

Replaced_by: rgnoisefilt
We could add a new column replaced by. However, if this field is rarely used, it'll take up valuable space in the table. Alternatively, we could rename the links column to misc. and put a Replaced by: {{ package }} entry in there.
