Originally the buttons were configured like this:
And all tooltips were OK.
Then I changed them and the problems started:

As you can see, the first button is OK (unmodified)
The second and third are not good because the tooltips are too far away and partially covered.
The arrow buttons no longer work because the tooltip covers the button (the hand no longer appears)
How can I solve it?
