Add the requirement for jq to the README

I might have overlooked it somewherre, but I had to install jq first to be able to use the installer. You might want to add that to the readme?

I should probably push people towards the precompiled versions or perhaps find a better method that doesn't involve the dependency on jq.

No problem. It turned out the script failed even with jq installed (could not find the right file or something) so I downloaded the appropriate tar.gz myself and got the app running on our server. It worked fine on the server itself, however I could not get it to work using drush aliases from a remote client.
