The Strider container falls over when, after the webhook for a control repo is removed without removing the job, the control repo is retested or redeployed to try to regenerate a webhook.

Strider also falls over and will not come back up if you remove the control repo job in an attempt to force it to regenerate a webhook (whoops).

See deconst/services#39. Bug identified; manual fix in place in the meantime.
