[BUG] API Platform under maintenance

Error Description
The DeepSeek API platform has been under maintenance for a long time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to access the DeepSeek API platform.

Expected Behavior
I expected to be able to access the platform or at least get clear information about the time the maintenance was completed.

Same issue here, I am not able to sign up for the API. I tried even using a VPN to China and it didn't help.

any language of docs leads to the same https://platform.deepseek.com/api_keys that's not opening with err 503

Same situations, I have api keys before it crushed, but I also can not use it at all. There will be error responses with api requests.
