Add download stats

From pypi stats (with some caveats -- includes CI) and from conda forge (these are probably "real").

We could write a script that scrapes the conda forge and add that as a page on the website (in the community section -- maybe as "users"). Or, as @mdesco suggested, do it manually on a semi-regular basis.
