Setting up Android Emulator

Operating System: windows

When selecting the android framework (net9.0 - android), there is no option for Android Emulator. If I click the button to run it, it says that it has run into errors, but does not display these errors.

I am using windows pro and have hyper-v running

Any help would be amazing!

Can you maybe include some more screenshots of what you do see? If you expend the menu with the little down arrow behind 33, what does that show? What emulator did you set up and where did you do it?
