Simulated values lower than expected when character level below recipe level

Steps To Reproduce

No food or medicine, actions guaranteed, stats as above.

When simulating the app is off by few points.
It does provide the expected values if the character level is set to the level of the recipe e.g.

• character level 57 (actual in game level), recipe level 58 -> wrong values
• character level 58 (even if in game level is actually 57), recipe level 58 -> right values

Hmmm, lets see… Lvl 54 Armoursmith, crating lvl 56 item….progress numbers seem right, but quality might be off. Site says it should be 268 quality increase, game says 266.
