Can Ecole help SCIP on one problem?

Hi,

Could you explain please whether it makes sense to use SCIP+Ecole in the following cases:

1. SCIP cannot find any feasible solution in a timelimit (1-2 hours). Can Ecole wrapper on one scenario (problem) somehow help SCIP find a solution faster?
2. SCIP finds a solution in the timelimit, but we would like to get a better value of the objective function. Can Ecole wrapper on one scenario (problem) help here?

From the documentation we understand that you strongly recommend learning the environment on several instances. But we are very interested in the case when we
can use Ecole in one scenario, to speed up the procedure of finding a solution or to improve the solution obtained by the SCIP.
