Clockwork version: 0.2.7
Sailfish OS version: 3.4.0

Unable to apply newly installed icon pack. Daemon says that no corresponding icon pack was found:

[D] unknown:0 - No icon pack with name "harbour-themepack-X" found. Dynamic clock icon will not work.

Looks like %transfiletriggerin is not executing, so it's better to implement themes reloading in daemon itself.

There are two workarounds for now:

Restart clockwork service manually via terminal:
```
systemctl --user restart clockwork
```
Restart lipstick service (Home screen) via Utilities menu in Settings. This menu could be installed by "Sailfish Utilities" package.
