Retry failed calls at least once

Sometimes, downloading mangas from some sites (specially mangadex) can result in some pages failing to download, which is annoying since the resulting file won't have that page, or will have it cut at some point.

Retrying it at least once could fix the most annoying part of it (retrying too much could lead into a ban from some pages).
