Add a message about starting / finishing initial sync (as we are not serving requests then)

When etesync-dav is launched, it first syncs the local cache with the etesync server, before doing anything else. This delay could be confusing for users who expect it to start serving requests. We should print a message when starting sync and when starting serving.
