macOS Error Opening etesync-dav.app Unidentified Developer

After opening the etesync-dav.app for the first time, it gives me the error that "'etesync-dav.app' can't be opened because it is from an unidentifier developer".

A workaround is adding a exeption in the security settings. Though, this is not very convenient and does not create trust in the program.

My macOS version is 10.14.6 and etesync-dav.app is 0.9.1

I just tried to install etesync-dav 0.16.0 and ran into the same issue.

Thanks for the reminder. I'll have to take a look into this (as we already have a developer account)...
