fix title of Blog html page

I have only one blog, so the title of this html page needs to be "Blog" not the current "Blogs".

I'm not even sure which file contains the word "Blogs". I'll have to use grep to find the line and then edit the problematic file.

I can't seem to find a line of text that causes this problem...
