Build an Intercom integration

Feature Description

We would like to request a feature that integrates Fern with Intercom, similar to what ReadMe offers - https://docs.readme.com/main/docs/searching-readme-within-the-intercom-widget.

Use Case

When customers need assistance, they can search the documentation directly from the Intercom widget. This enables them to access self-service resources immediately. Additionally, support agents can seamlessly include relevant documentation in the conversation without needing to switch contexts, which helps resolve issues more efficiently.

Hey @andreipope - Great idea! We've added it as a feature request. There are no plans to build this on the roadmap currently but we'll be sure to update you if that changes. However, if you/your company are using Fin, they can add Fern generated documentation links as a knowledge source for Fin AI agent and Copilot so Fin can answer documentation questions directly to customers, and support agents will get answers from the docs through Copilot to help resolve issues.
