Hello, why does FreeScout use overpriced third-party connection solutions (1msg.io and Twilio) - https://freescout.net/module/whatsapp/ - instead of the official API - https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/get-started that is free? Although the configuration is a pain in the ass, I managed to do it in Chatwoot.

Before Facebook did not allow to use WhatsApp API directly (only via services like Twilio). Is it possible now?
