This db entry throws 404 error when user tries to download.

Might be an issue with how the UI is encoding the filename: https://github.com/fullerzz/smolvault-ui/issues/27

Confirm the issue has been fixed after update to smolvault-ui: https://github.com/fullerzz/smolvault-ui/releases/tag/v0.1.0.
