Shuffle algorithm seems to be simply "random"

What happened?

The shuffle algorithm seems to be simply "random", meaning it sometimes plays a video multiple times in a short period or even twice in a row.
But this is not how shuffle should work. It should never play a video

• twice in a row
• a second time - if it hasn't played all the rest of the videos from the playlist yet

I experienced this with a playlist of YouTube videos for now (because I have only that playlist currently), but I believe this is a higher-level issue than the type of contents that are in the playlist, so I believe it should probably be the case with any other content type or plugin.

Could you kindly implement a more advanced shuffle algorithm, please?
