Use Cases

I often want to look for more videos while watching a video. I cannot search, bookmark, and add items to playlists while a video is playing. In the app you can watch a video and search for content.

Is your suggestion different from the caret in the top left corner that puts the video down in the bottom right corner that keeps playing while you can view the home page or search or stuff? The only issue I've run into is that typing the i key will bring the video back up to the normal viewing state.
