You call it runtime( inside Scorm), but it looks more as a Adapter(LMS side). So is this for Scorm builder or for LMS side deleloper?

Hello - this is a SCORM runtime, Javascript layer. This allows direct communication between an e-course and the javascript layer. This allows you to easily get a JSON object at the conclusion of your e-learning session for easy saving to your LMS.

It is runtime, because it is tracking e-course data during the actual user session - and implements the following runtime interface
