GL won't publish/push initial commit to remote from Home #4010

In a new repo, created new files and made an initial commit. Attempted to publish branch to push changes.
GitLens prompt blocked push, even though there were no blocking issues.
Push was not performed after clicking "OK"

Potential Solutions:

Allow the push to go through immediately when clicking "publish" instead of prompting the user to click "OK"
Actually push the changes to the remote
