Comprised of a set list or filtered list of files, i.e. I should be able to create a file view that lists all PDFs. It should be sortable and searchable, too!

To be clear, not a feed but a list, but yes. Indistinguishable except the feed isn't the viewable. Honestly, this is stupidly easy once everything is set up. It's basically ResourcesController#index. But it's handy.
