Sorry for being ignorant but what is this?

I have an activated Eye-Fi card (I also know the wifi password) that sends images to Shuttersnitch on iPad just fine.

I'm also running a Mac (Catalina). I'm interested in finding my Eye-Fi upload key incase I need it in the future.

Will this Github allow me to do that? If so how?

This alllows you to configure your card so it can connect to wifi, etc. There's no other way to do it now that the company is defunct. It previously required the company's servers to authenticate and permit it !
