`cb recipe describe --name foo` doesn't return any of the script content #739

My team has multiple cloudbreak clusters, one being dev and another being prod.
It is quite cumbersome to migrate the recipes manually from one instance to another. Furthermore, the cloudbreak database itself contains the encrypted content for the value of the content field for the recipe table.

I kindly request that the cb-cli-v2.7.1 functionality for recipe to be extended to also retrieve the raw content field in the payload.
