Thank you very much for your reply. Based on my research on the host list of the Surge for Mac software, I have found that its format is as follows:
[Host]
mtalk.google.com = 108.177.125.188
services.googleapis.cn = 216.58.200.67
Unfortunately, I am not aware of any software that can batch modify the list format you created, otherwise I would have done it myself. I am extremely grateful for your response.
