A specific cursor is displayed, instead of the mouse cursor representing a sword, when the hero is selected and a troop of wandering creatures who want to join is targeted when this is due to an alliance (e.g. the dwarf alliance in Roland's campaign), due to the hero's diplomacy, or due to a desir of greater glory (the troop joins freely).

This is not an option.
This can be implemented directly in fheroes2.
