Links with Manual Labels break Internal Link Navigation

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Internal link navigation works normally until clicking on a link that has a manual label. Afterwards all internal links are broken until a reload or a switch to a new page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to page with link that has internal link with manual label
2. Click on other internal links that work normally.
3. Click on link with manual label
4. All internal links break after (external links work fine still).

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Should function like any other internal link.

If I remember correctly, it was related to the following:

[[page#header|display text]]

That should be valid and display display text while scrolling to the header header on the page page.

The specific issue occurres when linking to a header on the current page using above form.
