Overview

New candidates are more likely to apply for jobs if they think they are a good fit, but we don't know how candidates evaluate which jobs they are qualified for.

Research needed

  • Conduct interviews to better understand how candidates evaluate which jobs they are a fit for
  • Create mockups representing these findings
  • Evaluate the mockups with users
