Lamers WS, Boyack K, Larivière V, Sugimoto CR, van Eck NJ, Waltman L, et al. Investigating disagreement in the scientific literature. arXiv [cs.DL]. 2021. Available: http://arxiv.org/abs/2107.14641
NOTE: The authors used some keywords to identify the relevant sentences and analyze the disagreement statements. This is not the most precise measurement.
But the results make sense in a way.
Math and Computer Science have the least disagreement using their method to measure the disagreement in scientific literature. Bio&Health has the highest disagreement among science.

The subfield of research also matters a lot. It is quite heterogeneous.

I am not familiar with other fields, but the two examples in physics make total sense.
