Hi everyone.
I'm currently trying to unbrick my psp 2004 with datacode 8B and BaryonSweeper method. The main problem is that the program works fine and trigger the psp to boot, but the psp just stays with the green led and black screen.. nothing happens. That's the procedure I followed:

First of all I downloaded [pysweeper.py](http://pysweeper.py/), Python and all the required libraries.

I built the BaryonSweeper with the CH340G module (also tried with the CP2102), a breadboard, a 1n4148 diode and some jumper wires.

Then I used JigKick Media Creation on the Memory Stick and performed the operation.

I put my memory stick in the psp and the AC Adapter as well (without any battery of course).

I opened the [pysweeper.py](http://pysweeper.py/), started service on the right recognized COM port

I put the wires GND in the left pin, RX in the middle pin and 3V3 in the right pin.

Hex codes shows up in the application and the psp boot, and shows the green led (power) and a black screen. No memory stick led blinking or other else. If I keep the wires in the pins, pysweeper shows Hex codes in loop.

I would really appreciate if anyone could help me to bring back my old memories. I remember that I bricked the psp trying to install some custom firmware (really don't know how or when, I think 5-6 years ago or more).

Things that I tried:

Running the pysweeper on different OS (Ubuntu)

Tried SONY Memory Stick PRO DUO and SANDISK Memory Stick Pro Duo

Tried to make a magic memory stick with RainsUltraLiteMMS application.

Tried 5V and 3V3

Tried ARK-4 MMS

Tried all JIgKick Software options

Tried extracting IPL from the archive the software downloads, flashing it with Rain's IPL tool then copying DDC files over to MS manually.

green led and black screen..
3V3 in the right pin.

You might be supplying insufficient power, make sure to add a lithium cell in parallel or plug in DC barrel jack

I've tried (right now) with a power supply of 5V and 2A but nothing, the psp turns on thanks to the baryon sweeper, but stays on with the green led and nothing comes up...

Oh you mean to add the power supply to the BaryonSweeper or a lithium cell? How..?
I was thinking to plug in a dc adapter to the psp
