Rate Limit Errors with run_ingest Script #13

I’m running the run_ingest script and keep hitting rate limit errors from OpenAI, even when processing a relatively small number of emails.

(I’m on Tier 3 at OpenAI, and I imagine many other users are on this tier or lower).

It would be great to have an easy way to throttle the script to avoid these errors.

Maybe a configurable delay or rate limiter?

@Culpable How did you get the thing running ? I'm struggling and the readme doesn't really help
