If refine mzML crashes, there will a problem where refined mzml db entries are not checked and the set of them is marked as "Incomplete" in the interface, which (currently) blocks the analysis. Resolve by:

  • create option in interface to delete refine (from dataset details)
  • do not display as incomplete when no files are stored? (maybe this is already the case?)
  • do not block analysis (part of remodeling analysis already I guess)
