[idea] Email people when someone mentions a similar idea on their website

It could be interesting to notify people if we find a similar idea as they wrote about on some other website. We could use the existing vector search for this every time a post change is detected during a re-scrape.

I'm pretty sure that lots of people would love this idea.

For me, though, I'd prefer to consume an RSS feed that I can plumb into my existing workflow. It could be only me who wants that. I'm unusual in that I rather hate email.
