I was about to open this same issue. In my case I also use a subdomain:

• https://notes.samantha.wiki/about
• https://notes.samantha.wiki/ideas
• https://notes.samantha.wiki/now

It seems like Obsidian Publish requires JavaScript to render the content, and we currently don't support that in the crawler. Let me see if we can change it...

Same here. I enforce www redirects and this makes the adding fail it seems.
