bug: unable to change the admin console logo

Describe the bug

Expected behavior

1. Already set Company logo URL in Sign-in-experience > Branding
2. Logo in core has been changed
3. Logo in admin console login page is still https://logto.io/logo.svg and it blocked by CORS

I had the same issue with the latest verion 1.23.0 too.

#6959 will fix the image CORS issue.

The SIE settings page in the admin console is intended for customizing the end-user sign-in experience. To customize the sign-in experience, including the branding logo for the admin console (admin tenant), you will need to update the database directly. Currently, there is no UI portal available for admin console SIE customization in the OSS version.
