Inconsistent Page or Group Behavior Across Multiple Browser Windows #44
Comments
Hi there, thanks @loilo for this add-on, i was dreaming of it for a while ! |
Hey @Hyug, That said, as a general note: Please do not chime into someone else's issue unless you're like 99% sure it's actually the same problem. It makes separating problem spaces harder for me – just create a new issue in such a case, they're free. :) |
@Loevbo Not really, I didn't really have time to dig deeper into the extension since you opened the issue, sorry. |
Hi @loilo thanks for your reply and the merge option, Sorry for issueceptionning... |
When using multiple browser windows, such as having two Chrome browser windows open side by side, an issue occasionally occurs where the content on one window unexpectedly switches to the other.
For example, imagine you have two browser windows labeled as Browser 1 and Browser 2:
In Browser 1, you have a chat with ChatGPT open. You type a question and press enter, and ChatGPT begins generating an answer.
While ChatGPT is in the process of generating the answer in Browser 1, you switch to Browser 2 to work on something else.
However, in some instances, once ChatGPT completes its response in Browser 1, the generated content may suddenly switch and appear in Browser 2 instead of staying in Browser 1 as expected.
In summary, the issue is that when using multiple browser windows, the content from one browser window sometimes unexpectedly transfers to another window, causing a disruption in your workflow.
