Describe the bug
Off-by-one hour correction

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
The correct hour should be 10h27!

Additional context
There used to be DST in Brazil until 2020 (which would make the butler's time correct).
A lot of things have similar errors because the DST information of the OSs/platforms/libraries wasn't updated.
Hopefully that's all there is to it!
