Parsing IPv6 addresses as “time” and prints “time zone conversions” #77

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to anywhere in Slack where the bot works
  2. Say anything that is an IPv6 address like “2000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000” or “2400:7060:a::” etc
  3. See bot printing time zone conversions for IPv6 addresses!

Expected behaviour
Ignore IPv6 addresses

Bot doesn't recognise IPv6 addresses as non-time objects.
