Description of the new feature / enhancement

an extra advanced mode, in which the char candidates list( ėéê€ě€) of a key (such as key-E ), can be easily EDITED/modified. so that i can

  1. add the schwa symbol (ə) to key-E, and even ,
  2. a CJK char(饿) to key-E
  3. or any other arbitrary unicode symbol ◆▲★ to any key.

Scenario when this would be used?

speedy input of tailored/personalized unicode symbol has always been a headache, quick accent open a door for solving this problem, why not make it more powerful?

I have seen multiple requests for adding extra symbols to certain key, i need schwa-(ə) add to key-E, but, why not just hand over the choice to power users?

I agree. Customizable character sets (e.g., in the UI or even in a json file) would be a great feature. For example, for romanization (transliteration) of Arabic, there are many different styles that use characters not in quick accent (see here, for example). If it were customizable, the user could add all the missing characters on their own without requiring many updates until all the possible characters are added (I noticed the ḍ character was added in the previous update but many such as ẓ, ṭ, ṣ, ḥ, ʻ and ʼ are missing for the ALA-LC style of transliteration, not to mention others).

Similar requests have been made many times, but they all seem to be left.
