[BUG]: Wrong keys are displayed during config because of localisation

What happened?

When installing the agent on a german windows installation, alls questions are asked in german. They keys which are to be pressed, are translated, too, but are not accepted:

The fist questions is, if the agent shall be executed as a service. It says (J/N) for (Ja/Nein), but 'J' is not accepted. I had to press 'Y'.
