OS: All
Build Version: 20231026.4

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a container app -> Expand the container app -> Expand Configurations node-> Expand Secrets node.
  2. Right click the secret already presents in the container app -> Click "Delete Secret..." -> Confirm to delete -> Fail to delete the secret with the below error.

  3. Check whether the "Deleting..." status in Azure view disappears or not.

Expect:
The "Deleting..." status in Azure view disappears.

Actual:
It still keeps "Deleting..." status in Azure view.
