Same issue, win 11 24H2

I'm currently having the same problem on wsl (I'm using win 11)

it makes alt+tab navigation a really bad UX! It made me switch to a multi-desktop navigation setup with custom hotkeys and it's even better than alt+tab! So even though I've ditched WSL, this bug has actually been a good thing for me!
