After reviewing this we (@stephanie0x00) concluded that the setup of the tabs in the designs does not need structural rework. In ticket #4048 we discussed that retrieving data of report jobs from the schedular should be possible for both 1.all report ooi's (history tab), as 2. per report ooi (scheduled reports tab). A possible slight redesign based on the report data that we are able to retrieve will be considered in the scope of the 4048 ticket.

The terminology 'scheduled reports' can be changed in the future if more fitting options are found, but this is out of scope for this ticket.
