Packings in one archive

As for now, the packings are separate files and input file has to be secured for further analysis. Moreover, the actual simulation parameters can be altered from the command line. It would be better, if packings, together with input file containing final parameters were packed into a single archive. Also, there should be possibility of writing to the same archive from many separate processes.
