Allow for one-line CREATE TABLE statements #46

Currently the below code:

CREATE TABLE person (id INT, name TEXT);

gets formatted as:

CREATE TABLE person (
  id INT,
  name TEXT
);

This deviates from how the formatting of most other statements works. It should allow for single-line CREATE TABLE when user prefers so.
